About the Recipe

Use a high speed blender. I highly recommend a ninja. Do not skip the Xantham/Guar gum it is needed for the great consistency. Flavor it up how you like with different protein options, pudding mix, and extracts.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Protein powder of choice

  • 10 grams sugar free fat free pudding mix

  • 170 grams non-fat Greek Yogurt

  • sweetner to taste

  • 3 grams xantham/ guar gum

  • 120-240 ml Unsweetened almond milk

  • 300 grams ice (add more for thicker consistency)

  • Flavor extracts of choice

Preparation

Step 1


Weigh out all dry ingredients and set aside


Step 2


Put all wet ingredients into ninja blender. Put dry ingredients in after then followed by ice



Step 3


blend on medium speed for 1-2 minutes. then stop blender and scrape the sides, and bring everyhting back to the middle. Blend for another 1 minute on high.



Step 4


Once it is all blended eat in the blender or put in a large bowl. Add toppings of choice.
