About the Recipe
Add whatever veggies you enjoy most. You can use any brand of high fiber wraps just try not to go over 150 calories per wrap. I find canned chicken is easiest to use, you do not have to cook it.
Ingredients
2 80 Calorie Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Wraps
70 Grams Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
112 Grams shredded Chicken or Canned Chicken
60 Grams Onions And Tomatoes (Or Veggies Of Choice)
Preparation
Set a skillet to medium heat spray with nonstick and prepare ingredients
Lay one wrap onto preheated skillet with half the cheese, half the chicken, and half the veggies. Let cook 2-3 minutes
After cheese is melted put the rest of the ingredients on top with cheese last followed by the other wrap.
flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
make sure cheese is melted and wraps are crisp to your liking.
take off the skillet and cut into twos or fours.
