About the Recipe

Natures Own, Arnold, and Sara Lee has good low calorie bread options. Some Turkey Bacon is pre-cooked. Carton egg whites are the easiest option to use. Borden cheese is a good option.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices low calorie high fiber bread. (up to 70 calories a slice)

  • 2 slices fat free american cheese

  • 184 grams egg whites

  • 4 slices turkey bacon


Preparation

Step 1


Weigh out and gather ingredients together.



Step 2


Toast the bread, and cook turkey bacon.



Step 3


Scramble the egg whites until cooked through.



Step 4


Assemble the sandwich by putting egg whites first, then 1 slice of cheese, and then turkey bacon. Serve and enjoy
