About the Recipe

Use any high fiber low calorie wrap of choice, or Joseph lavash bread. Throw a base of lettuce or spinach on the bottom of the wrap to hold everything together. Get creative and use your favorite combination of meats and veggies. I like throwing hot sauce, or G Hughes sauces.

Ingredients

  • 2 80 calorie ole extreme wellness high fiber wraps

  • Vegetables of choice 50-75 calories. (I like mushroom, tomato, onion, or spinach

  • Lean deli meat or meat of choice 100-200 calories total

  • Low calorie sauce of choice

  • Seasonings of choice


Preparation

Step 1


Weigh out and prepare your meat and veggies set aside.



Step 2


microwave tortillas 10-15 seconds (optional). Assemble wrap throughout both tortillas, and top with sauce and seasonings.



Step 3


Serve and enjoy!
