About the Recipe
Make a high protein dessert that you can eat alone or use as a frosting substitute. There are no rules when it comes to the customization of this. Feel free to add mix-ins that you may like or try different flavors and extracts.
Ingredients
1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (220 grams)
Sugar free fat free pudding mix (your choice of flavor) (10 g)
erythritol (to taste)
Pinch of Xantham gum (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Measure out dry ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl add Greek Yogurt and then add dry ingredients and mix until thouroughly combined
Step 3
Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to thicken up.
