About the Recipe

I highly recommend using an air fryer for that classic crispy fry taste. You can either cut into potato wedges or fries, and if you do not how to cut them there are plenty of videos showing how to.


  • 300 grams russet potatoes

  • salt (to taste)

  • black pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Seasonings of choice

  • Nonstick spray


Step 1

Cut potatoes into fries then put into a bowl of ice water for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Pre heat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Dry fries off thouroughly and season.

Step 3

Spray with nonstick spray and cook 20-30 minutes. Rotate or shake basket halfway through and spray one more time. Season accordingly!

Step 4

Use as side dish serve and enjoy!
