When it comes to choosing the correct buns you want to go with a lower calorie bun. There are a variety of high fiber buns to choose from. Popular condiments are ketchup, mustard, and mayo. If using ketchup go with the sugar free variety, and if using mayo go with the lightest mayo.
Ingredients
96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef
4 (50-150) calorie buns
4 slices fat free cheese
Veggies of choice
Condiments of choice
Preparation
Set a skillet to medium to medium high heat.
Have all veggies, condiments and buns prepared.
Prepare your Ground Beef by forming into four Patties, and season with favorite seasonings.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and place Patties onto skillet letting cook until browned. Then flip and add cheese on top.
Let the cheese melt and Patties cook through.
Once done assemble burgers and enjoy!
