About the Recipe

You can customize to your liking with different cheeses, sauces, and meats. Josephs pita bread is also a good option for a base.

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph Lavash Bread

  • 45 grams tukey pepperoni

  • 90 grams fat free mozzarella cheese

  • 80-120 grams plain red sauce

  • 50 grams veggies of choice


Preparation

Step 1


Pre heat oven to 375 and then weigh out ingredients



Step 2


Bake Lavash for 5-7 minutes and then set aside.



Step 3


Spread sauce on Lavash, top with cheese, then pepperoni and veggies.



Step 4


Bake for another 6-8 minutes. Let cool and slice.
